We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our one-time purchase. If you're unsatisfied with IndiePay for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at apialam008@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraud or misuse of our service.
